About Me

Born and raised in a loving home in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, I have always had a heart for helping people.  In my earlier years I exercised this desire through customer service at a local bookstore and then in the banking industry.  Wanting to be closer to people and help on a quality of life level, I became a caregiver for the elderly.  I cherished being able to put smiles on my client's faces while assisting them with the everyday tasks they could no longer do for themselves like brushing their hair and getting ready for the day.  I could see what a wondrous effect a back rub would give to my clients, the stress it relieved, the soothing it provided and the restorative qualities it held.

In 2012 I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage.

I absolutely love what I do.  It is so rewarding to see a client walk in my door and know that I can help make them feel better.  Touch is a powerful tool that can unlock the chains of stiffness, aches and pains that bind a person and keep them from living fully and comfortably in their bodies.  I look forward to many years of growing in this field and sharing what I have learned with others.
